The BSL rules follow similar to the WBO, and point system follow the same:

They
The Beyblade X Point System is as followed:
1 Point – Spin Finish
2 Points – Burst Finish
2 Points – Over Finish (Bey Lands In The Yellow Section)
3 Points – Xtreme Finish
The Standard Rules are:
If a Beyblade is knocked into pocket for a KO finish, a count to 3 will be places to allow a chance for recover. If after this count the Beyblades stay in their places, the ref will announce the match and points and then allow you to retrieve your Beyblade.
No Contact battles will result in 1 point conceded to the Beyblade that self KO’d itself, and then a re-launch.
In the event you launch right into one of the pockets, two warnings will be issued and one point after each infraction.
Any contact mid-air will simply result in a re-launch.
If a Beyblade is sent out of bounds (knocked out of the stadium through where it was launched and not through a pocket), then a point is conceded to the blader who’s bey was sent.
Burst priority IS in effect. This means that if your opponent sends you to any of the pockets, or out of bounds, however you burst them before this. The win is yours and you will be awarded two points.
In the event that a simultaneous pocket finish (over and xtreme) results in a draw and the bladers will re-launch the same Beyblades.
Beyblade Decks:
A deck must consist of three Beyblades – 3 Blades – 3 Ratchets – 3 Bits.
There must be NO repeating parts throughout your deck.
Beyblade parts can be changed between rounds (unless stated otherwise).
Launchers must be Takara Tomy or Hasbro authentic. This includes the winder/ ripcord, the launcher itself, and string launchers and the string itself. However, Grips can be custom, proved they do not interfere with the battle/ your opnents launch.
Parts that are permanently banned are:
Metal Needle (MN) – Due to the damage is causes to the stadium floor/base. Parts may be banned at specific events, however, this will be stated in the ad for the event.
